HOW WE TRAIN
We follow a 12-week strength and conditioning blocks, giving you a purpose-driven roadmap to real progress. You can jump into the workouts at any time and each week will feel stronger, more familiar, and always challenging in the right way.
Classes are capped at just 8 people, so you get more personal coaching and never feel like just a number. All levels are welcome. Our coaches meet you where you are and help guide you to whatever your next step looks like.
Back in the day, strength training came in two flavors: CrossFit or Bodybuilding. Both demanded everything on game day or show day, often leading to a short-lived fitness journey built around extremes.
We’ve evolved. Now, it’s about being here for a good time and a long time. Our workouts bring just enough intensity to spark real change without breaking you in the process.
PRICING
Drop-In Fee: $20
10-Class Pack: $175 (no expiration - train on your time)
Unlimited: $250/month (attend as many classes as you want all month)
What kind of workouts are these?
Strength-focused, simple, effective. Dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, TRX, bands, and bodyweight - tools that actually build strength and help you move better. Small groups mean real coaching so no one gets lost in the shuffle.
I’m new at this, will I survive?
Yes, of course. We demonstrate and scale everything. Lighter, heavier, slower, faster. Whatever level you’re at, we’ve got an option that makes sense for you. If you can show up, we’ll coach you through it.
Do you offer personal training?
Yes! We offer one-on-one sessions at our location in Palm Desert. If you’re out of town, we’ve got online programming to keep you moving.
Can I try out a class?
Yes! We offer a full week for free so you can see how our classes feel and get to know the community before making a decision. There are no monthly or yearly contracts.
Do you speak Spanish?

What if I can’t make class?
We ask for a 12-hour notice if you need to cancel, so we can open up your spot for someone else on the waitlist.
Can my teen join?
If they’re 14 or older, yes. Younger? Send us a message.
Do you help with nutrition?
We connect you with nutrition experts. That way you get a dedicated professional tailoring a plan specifically for you, no cookie-cutter advice.
Do you run events or challenges?
We run lifting workshops, seasonal challenges, pop-up classes with guest trainers and community hangs. We never do public weigh-ins or lifting or weight-loss contests. Check our Instagram for updates!
